For most of us in the military, we think of the 5 W’s as a reporting tool when things go wrong. Briefing the 5 W’s to leadership is never fun because it generally means someone that you are responsible for is in trouble, or something bad happened – the Who, What, When, Where, Why has always had a negative connotation in my mind.
However, at Storehouse 3:10 Ventures we came up with a new definition of the 5 W’s and get very excited when we’re able to brief completion of a 5 W Transaction – Win, Win, Win, Win, Win!
Here’s how we define it:
Win – a military/veteran service member refers a buyer to us and receives a referral fee when we sell a property.
Win – a military/veteran private lender invests in our company to provide the capital required to buy and rehab a property and will receive a very nice payment in the form of interest on his/her investment.
Win – a military/veteran service member purchases a turnkey rental property from us that will provide monthly/annual cash flow for years to come, which will be a catalyst for building his/her wealth and a step towards financial freedom.
Win – our military/veteran owned company makes a profit for the purchase and sale of the turnkey rental.
Win – the first 10% of our profits are donated to our favorite veteran owned non-profit organization Warriors Heart Foundation in order to support them in their amazing mission.
We jump for joy when we are able to report on the 5 W’s to our team because we know THIS is the way our company can truly make a difference in as many people’s lives as we possibly can, all in one real estate transaction; I encourage you to try and do the same.

Go make an impact!
